EPI-USE Announces Key Appointment in Germany

HAMBURG, GERMANY - January 25, 2010 - EPI-USE, a global information technology solution provider, announced today that it has appointed Peter Maier-Borst as managing director of EPI-USE Germany. Mr. Maier-Borst will also be responsible for launching new business opportunities in Spain. Also, Thomas Scharsack, who was responsible for establishing EPI-USE Germany, will be continuing as a director on the board of EPI-USE Germany where he will be focus on client services activities.

Mr. Maier-Borst is an 18-year veteran of the SAP® HR world – having started as a developer on SAP AG’s Time Management team with the launch of R/2 in 1992. In addition to leading the world’s first implementation of SAP R/3 Time Management, Mr. Maier-Borst has lead payroll localization for SAP in Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Portugal and Mexico. Most recently, he held a key position at Accenture Human Capital Management Solutions.
