Principle and Senior SAP HR Consultants

EPI-USE UK is currently accepting applications for SAP HR specialist consulting positions. We are currently looking for principle and senior HR consultants.

The principle consultant should have at least 6 years experience in SAP HR functional configuration and any background in HR business consulting would be an advantage.

The senior HR consultants should have at least 4 years SAP HR consulting experience.

Candidates should have a professional presence, experience in a consulting role, strong verbal and written skills, experience on at least three full life-cycle SAP HR implementations and a confident client-focused attitude.

Candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and be able to lead less experienced consultants on projects. As work will be performed at client sites, primarily in the UK, candidates should be prepared to travel.

Candidates should have specialist expertise in at least 2 of the following HCM modules:

  • E-recruitment
  • Compensation Management
  • Training and Events Management
  • Performance Management
  • Time Management
  • Travel Management

The following is beneficial:

  • A post graduate qualification
  • An HR consulting or HR business background
  • Experience in facilitating design workshops

SAP HR ESS/MSS/Portals and Workflow consultant

EPI-USE UK is currently accepting applications for senior SAP ESS/MSS/Workflow consultants.

Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in SAP ABAP (at least 3 years within the HR module) as well as in depth knowledge of designing, building and supporting HR ESS/MSS Workflows - both SAP standard and bespoke. Experience with SAP Enterprise 4.7 + EP6 + ESS50 and MSS60 (ITS and WAS Java based) + associated Workflows as well as ERP2004/5 + EP6/7 + ESS and MSS60 and 100 (WAS Java based) + associated Workflows would be preferred. E-Recruitment, XI and BI knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Candidates should have strong professional presence, experience in a consulting role as technical team lead, strong verbal and written skills, experience on at least three full and relevant project implementation life cycles and a strong customer-focused attitude.

Candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage client expectations efficiently. Work will be performed at client sites, primarily in the UK, so candidates should be prepared to travel.

Professional consulting skills should include experience in and the ability to:

  • Design, develop, test, implement and support SAP software applications according to client specifications within the human resources module.
  • Coordinate developers, task scheduling and progress tracking; testing, and support of technical development in SAP.
  • Evaluate user requests for enhancements to existing applications for creation of new solutions and provide cost/time estimates, while ensuring compatibility of proposed additions or changes with current systems.
  • Create user and system documentation.
  • Mentor junior consultants and have an open approach to knowledge sharing.
  • Appetite for expanding knowledge of unfamiliar NetWeaver application areas.

SAP HR ABAP Programmer

EPI-USE UK is currently accepting applications for SAP ABAP programmers.

Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in SAP ABAP (at least 2 years within the HR module).

Senior HCM Consultant for Support Division

EPI-USE is currently looking for a senior SAP HCM Consultant to work in our Support division. The EPI-USE Support division provides functional SAP HCM and technical support to a number of organisations in various sectors – small, large, private, public.

The Support Consultant would be expected to:
  • Analyse and resolve system issues.
  • Co-ordinate issue resolution.
  • Liaise with customers.
  • Document issue resolutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to other consultants and customers.
  • Provide end user training.
  • Facilitate workshops as part of information gathering process.
  • Represent EPI-USE at user groups.
  • Manage or co-ordinate mini support projects.
  • Write technical specification documents.
  • Initiate pro-active ways of supporting customers.

Support services are usually provided on an offsite basis, therefore this role is primarily home based or based from our offices in Richmond. Candidates should however be prepared to travel to assist customers with occasional onsite support.

Candidates should have at least 4 years SAP HCM consulting experience, with prior business experience being an advantage. Candidates should be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, show initiative, and have strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.

Candidates should have expertise in at least 2 HCM functional modules, including specialist expertise in Payroll or Time Management.

Candidates should also have a desire to learn new modules such as LSO or Recruitment.
