Innovative solutions
EPI-USE is widely recognised as a leader in HR payroll software systems, and in particular SAP Payroll. For almost 20 years we have worked with SAP to create innovative payroll solutions, meeting a wide variety of very specific business needs.
EPI-USE has been involved in HR payroll software development for not-for-profit organisations such as the United Nations and UNESCO, 15 different UK local authorities, a wide range of enterprises, including Schlumberger, Standard Bank and B&Q, and has developed 23 different country versions of SAP.
We are acutely aware of the challenges faced when migrating to a new payroll. We also have considerable experience, gained over many years, of helping organisations to migrate their historical payroll data and year to date balances. As a result, we have developed Variance Monitor and Data Sync Manager tools that support HR data migration projects.
A result of our work in HR payroll we have gained extensive specialist skills in managing the transition to new pay conditions and within the SAP environment. These skills, honed through real-world application in more than 40 different payroll projects, are vital to the successful implementation of any payroll project involving even minor changes in conditions. Buy-in from the workforce is essential.
