Advanced Time Process Manager

Intended for existing SAP® ERP HCM Time Management implementations, ATP Manager is a powerful baseline monitoring tool. It helps users with fast data entry, time data monitoring and a range of value-adding reports. It facilitates the examination and management of complex scenarios, helping ensure that business needs are met. It enables the an efficient and easy-to-use time management culture to develop in any organisation.
How ATP Manager works
ATP Manager consists of three main modules:
- Fast data entry, facilitating the rapid and accurate entry of time-related data
- Task and interface monitoring, keeping you up to date on data from your access control systems
- Reporting, maximising your time management reporting capability in ways not provided by standard SAP software
These three modules work together to provide a powerful time-management toolkit, including the following functions:
- Fast work schedule data entry screen
- Fast bulk overtime approval data entry screen
- Information status bar for key time statuses, including last clock times posted, broken connections between access control partners, and software and posting errors
- Tracking at regular clocking intervals
ATP Manager provides emailed status reports on a variety of issues, including:
- System connectivity
- Posting errors
- Regular clock postings
- Broken connections
The following reports are integral to ATP Manager:
- Time reconciliation - all time data on one report with a signature tab for sign-off
- Time error messages - all time error messages and persons responsible for clearing them
- Time retro report - time data approved or captured in the previous time retro period
- Work schedule report - rotating patterns to avoid shift duplications
- Bulk overtime report - overtime reports for approval in bulk
- Time tables - all time-related tables with necessary authorisation checks
- Status 9 clocking report - unnecessary time retros and clock times affecting system performance for status 9 employees
- Time information reports - master data checks to ensure all time processes run flawlessly
- Free text report - text captured during master data bookings for all time infotypes in the 2000 range
